At the RAIDS vintage, we are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

 

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Please note that additional processing time may be required during peak periods, public holidays, or for orders requiring special handling.

 

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at an additional cost and can be selected at checkout where available.

Delivery timeframes for express shipping may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

The RAIDS vintage is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

 

Shipping Protection

For orders where shipping protection has been purchased at checkout, we are able to assist with parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.

Should an issue arise, please contact us promptly and provide any relevant information, photographs, or supporting documentation required to facilitate the claims process.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-delivery.
